massage
pre event massage is designed to warm up the tissues and muscles in preparation for work, it helps prevent injury and increases range of movement.
post event massage uses targeted strokes help to disperse lactic acid and other toxins thereby aiding recovery to any damaged tissue and minimising stiffness
